THE INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER PLAN WILL PROVIDE GUIDANCE TO THE PUEBLO OF LAGUNA AND LAGUNA ECONOMIC ADVANCEMENT ON THE FORWARD PATH FOR PROVIDING HIGH-SPEED, AFFORDABLE, RELIABLE, AND SUSTAINABLE INTERNET TO THE PUEBLO OF LAGUNA COMMUNITY AND FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ISP ENTITY. THE PUEBLO OF LAGUNA DESIRES TO CONTINUE ITS PARTNERSHIP WITH LAGUNA ECONOMIC ADVANCEMENT, LLC, THE PUEBLO OF LAGUNA UTILITY AUTHORITY (BOTH PUEBLO OWNED ENTITIES), AMERIND CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE, ARCADIAN INFRACOM, AND TFP CAPITAL PARTNERS TO FINALIZE A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR AN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN ITS FIBER TO THE PREMISE (FTTP) NETWORK. BUILDING THE CAPACITY NECESSARY TO DEVELOP A SUSTAINABLE AND CAPABLE ISP ENTITY IS VITAL TO THE CONTINUED GOALS AND OBJECTIVES IN THE PUEBLO OF LAGUNA STRATEGIC BROADBAND DEPLOYMENT PLAN.
