PURPOSE: THE IMPACT PURPOSE FOR THE NEW SAWIC BUILDING IS TO PROVIDE A STATE OF THE ART FACILITY FOR WORKFORCE TRAINING AND RESEARCH IN COLDWATER AQUACULTURE.
